What happens if Rahu is conjunct to a debilitated planet?

If a person is born with a debilitated Mars, what can the person do to heal it?

I know two people who have Mars debilitated in Cancer. Both are very talented. However, their lives are nothing but like a Porsche (Mars) spinning wheels in place stuck in a mud hole (Cancer). As Ernst explained, they both have compromised health. Regardless of their talents and efforts, both are extremely underachievers; everything they have in life is given by others.

Mmm, interesting. I was watching this documentary the other day about serial killers and pedofiles. I searched for every single chart ,all where piscis, or sagis or libras. But no scorpios. Jupiter and Venus as the main actors in the crime scene, thats ironical . I got my 8 in scorpio with the two enemies together mars and saturn and pluto on it. Saturn is an enemy, hates Mars, but Mars is neutral to Saturn. So Mars in Saturn's sign is not a bad avastha. It is exalted in Saturn's sign, Capricorn. Also, is Mercury in Scorpio in bad avastha? Mars hates Mercury but Mercury doesn't mind Mars. Mercury hates the Moon only.

I had a relationship with a man with Mars and Saturn together in Scorpio. He felt threaten by me, by judgment of others, and was totally afraid of his feelings (because these planets both aspected his moon in Taurus).
